Share your Values – not your product

If I asked about your company’s values would you say you believed in “quality”?

 

If so, let me give you a little warning.

A lot of people say they believe in “quality”, or “quality products”, but, I hate to tell you, the word “quality” isn’t a value, exactly.

Why not?  Because it’s not quantifiable.  It doesn’t speak to a situation…
